Return and Refund Policy

EBike Supply Co complies with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns or refunds will only be provided if:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product is not as described

  • The product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law

If a fault occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or collection with proof of purchase.

Where required, we may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, or damage caused by riding conditions are not covered.

Deposits are non-refundable once stock has been allocated or ordered.
