Terms of Service

By purchasing from or booking with EBike Supply Co, you agree to the following terms.

All products are sold new unless clearly stated otherwise.

Full payment is required before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Test rides are offered by appointment only. Riders must be 18 years or older and participate at their own risk. EBike Supply Co is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss during a test ride.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their e-bike is operated legally and in accordance with local road rules and regulations.

EBike Supply Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any product supplied.
