This hire is suited to visitors and locals wanting a relaxed way to get around town, wineries, accommodation properties and local roads.

Hire period
• Day hire: Drop-off 9am – Pick-up 5pm unless otherwise agreed

Pricing
• $145 per bike, per day
• Multi-day hire rates reduce per day
• Delivery and pickup fees may apply

Rider requirements
By hiring, you confirm that:
• You are 18 years or older
• You are confident riding a bicycle
• You will operate the bike responsibly
• You understand and will comply with NSW eBike laws and road rules

Helmets and safety
• Helmets can be supplied
• Riders must wear an approved helmet at all times
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted

Use conditions
• Bikes are to be used on sealed roads, bike paths and approved shared paths
• No off-road riding, jumps, racing or stunts
• Bikes must not be sub-hired or used by unapproved riders
• Bikes must be secured when not in use

Responsibility and liability
The hirer is fully responsible for the bike during the hire period, including:
• Loss
• Theft
• Damage
• Negligent use

Any damage or loss will be charged to the hirer.
If damage or loss exceeds the bond value, the hirer remains liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Bond and ID
• A refundable security bond of $300 per bike is required for all hires
• A valid driver’s licence or government-issued photo ID must be provided prior to hire
• The bond is held against damage, loss, theft or misuse
• The bond is released after bike inspection on return

Booking & Cancellation Policy
• 48+ hours notice → full refund or reschedule
• 24–48 hours → 50% refund or full credit
• Less than 24 hours → no refund

Weather
• Light rain → hire continues
• Unsafe weather → reschedule or credit
